Download a Group Export from a Group Class

To download a previously-generated export file of Groups from a Group Class:

1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Groups > Group Classes from the side navigation menu. The Group Classes screen is displayed.

2. The search feature on the Group Classes screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Display Name and Internal Name. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Group Classes that meet your search criteria.

3. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Group Class ID.

4. Select the desired Group Class. The Group Class Details screen is displayed with the Groups tab selected.

5. From the Actions drop-down menu, select Groups Exports. The Groups Export Definitions pop-up window is displayed and populated with a list of all existing Group Exports.

Note: The Date Created column indicates the current version of an export. Optionally, you may want to refresh an export prior to downloading it (see Manually Execute a Group Export from a Group Class for more information on this process).

6. From the Action column of the desired export, click the Download icon. The platform downloads the file to your local PC.
